If you are travelling abroad, you may need immunisations against various infectious disease and/or ant-malarial prophylaxis. We recommend that you consult the following website for advice, well in advance of your holiday/travel. 

There are certain vaccinations which are available on the NHS and we can provide these for you at the Health Centre. They include Hepatitis A and Typhoid. Other vaccinations and anti-malarial medication require a private prescription and for these we recommend that you contact the Practice for more detail.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
